As a trained counsellor, mediator and facilitator, Kirsty has supported organisational leaders, medical and nursing unions, and boards to respond to complex challenges including conflict, aligning diverse leadership perspectives, and co-designing organisational processes with a focus on long-term solutions to support collaborative, high-performing, workplace cultures.
